ECS Drama Club presents:  The Mouse That Roared

An evening of laughter:   Duchess Gloriana (Tonaya Marr), a twenty-two year old woman, is the sovereign of a tiny country in the Alps.  The country’s livelihood, exporting Pinot Grand Fenwick, is jeopardized by an imitation pinot of San Rafael, California.   Gloriana’s solution to near bankruptcy is to declare war on the United States, to lose the war, and to reap the benefits of aid and relief from the United States.   She sends Tully Bascom (Robert Walker) and his band of bowmen to launch an attack.  However, Tully upsets all calculations when he and his men do the unexpected – win!
Desert Theatre: Doors open at 6:30, 7:00 p.m.
